i wanted the FF7 world map as my wallpaper and couldn’t really find anything like this— i started this image in 2008, working on it every so often till i finished it last night, painting each continent and town in the order that you visit them. it was really fun, and kind of felt like playing the game again!

i wanna thank Ficedula for making the reeve map viewer program that allowed me to get the reference i needed for this project *u*

if you wanna use it as wallpaper, please enjoy! :D (the wallpaper versions also have close-ups of the pixel towns as borders, since you can really only see them in the 7000 pixel-wide version…ahaha)
